Nothing. Talea has no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifier and no network code of any kind. It does not ask for an account and there is nothing to sign in to. The app is fully functional with your device in airplane mode.
Your forms, your chord entries, your settings and the parts you generate are stored on the device by the app and are not transmitted anywhere. They are included in your own device backup if you have one, which is between you and Apple — we never see it.
Deleting the app removes them.
When you export MIDI or MusicXML, iOS shows you its own share sheet and you choose where the file goes. When you import, iOS shows you its file picker and Talea reads only the file you picked. Talea has no access to your files beyond what you hand it in that moment, and it keeps no copy of an imported file after reading it.
It does keep what it read, and it is worth being exact about which. An import moves controls — the tempo, the meter, the style — and those become part of your session like any setting you set by hand. A polymeter import from Anacru also saves the cycle it read: its length, its pulse, its offset and which of its pulses are accented. Four numbers and a pattern, so that muting it or restarting the app does not send you back to Anacru to export the file again.
None of that is the file, none of it is sent anywhere, and all of it lives in the same on-device session as the rest of your work. Deleting the app removes it.
There are none. No SDKs, no trackers, no advertising networks, no cloud services. Nothing in Talea talks to a server, including ours.
Talea collects no personal information from anyone, of any age.
Talea is a single purchase through the App Store. Apple handles the transaction and tells us nothing about you beyond aggregate sales figures. There is no subscription and there are no in-app purchases.
It will be stated here, with the date, before it ships — and any version of Talea that collected anything would say so in the App Store privacy label, which Apple requires and which currently reads Data Not Collected.
